Many Refinesme products are produced after an order is placed. We work with third-party production and fulfillment partners to manufacture, package, and ship these products.

Product images are provided to represent our products as accurately as reasonably possible. However, colors and appearance may vary slightly depending on your device, screen settings, printing process, materials, or production variations.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products, designs, colors, sizes, pricing, or availability at any time.

3. Product Information and Sizing

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, images, measurements, and sizing information.

For apparel, customers are responsible for reviewing the applicable size information before placing an order.

Because many of our products are made to order, purchases made with an incorrectly selected size, color, or other customer-selected option may not qualify for a return, exchange, or refund. Please review our Return & Refund Policy for additional information.

4. Orders

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, pricing or product errors, product unavailability, payment problems, or other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling an order.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue an appropriate refund for the canceled portion of the order.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, and contact information when placing an order.

5. Prices and Payment

Estimated production and delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Orders may be produced and shipped by third-party fulfillment partners from different facilities or locations. As a result, products from the same order may occasionally arrive in separate packages or at different times.

Refinesme is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, severe weather, transportation disruptions, customs processing, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Because many Refinesme products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size selection, or incorrect color selection.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us according to the procedures and time frames described in our Return & Refund Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the Refinesme name, branding, original designs, graphics, written content, and other original materials appearing on our website are owned by or licensed to Refinesme and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
